Hong Kong trip ....

heres a long belated post on the Hong Kong trip .... hong kong is kinda like singapore in more ways than one ... seems to me that both country are just trying to model themselves to one another ... like a "what you have i also want to have" kinda mentality ...

But having said that ... hong kong is definitely more vibrant than singapore ... the city is still bustling with life even at 11.30pm ... that something u wouldnt see in singapore ... and of course the road side stalls ... temple street ... ladies market ... everyday theres a pasar malam ...

Somehow everywhere is freaking crowded ... like what Phyllis said : " They dont have to work one.." haha ... even at working hours you'll see tonnes of people rushing off to their next destination ... the population density is damn high lah ... these are scenes that make you feel somewhat ... alive ?

The service they offer in retail shops really do put our 4 million smiles to shame ... funny how our goverment actually have to campaign in order to teach people to smile .... but hong kong do really have to improve on the cleanliness of the city ... maybe its because im singaporean ... but when it comes to cleanliness .... singapore is kinda hard to rival ...

So ... the question is ... would i go back hong kong again ? yes ... would i work there ? yes .... would i stay there for the rest of my life ? no ... i love singapore in more ways than one ...
